What is CD3 technology and how does it work?
CD3 is short for Conductive Distraction and De-escalation Device. A CD3 is not a weapon, but a device used to quickly distract with small uncomfortable electrical pulses directly where the CD3 is applied to the epidermis or surface of the skin.
