Support

At The Squad, this is personal.

We have all served on the frontline. We have felt the pressure, the risk, and the reality of going hands on, knowing how quickly things change. Too many officers and emergency service personnel face violence as part of the job, and for us, that has never been acceptable.

Everything we do is focused on one goal, reducing assaults and keeping you safe. Not in theory, but in real situations, in confined spaces, in the moments where it matters most.

We also know the impact does not stop when the shift ends. The things you deal with stay with you, and sometimes they build up quietly over time.

If you are struggling, you are not on your own.

There are people who understand, people who have been there, and people who want to help:

Reaching out is a step forward. It shows strength, not weakness.

We stand with you, always.
